This particular lot is a very unique case where the only access road is separated by a ravine that can be up to 20 feet deep

After a visit to the site, it was apparent that the amount of water flowing under the bridge will most likely be minimal.  A later Hydrological Analysis confirmed this assumption.

The erosion present in this picture clearly indicates the natural flow of the majority of rain water.  This channel does not interact with the purposed bridge in any way
